How You Can Make Lasting Changes in Your Life (Starting With a 30 Minute Experiment)
Did you know that according to the Journal of Clinical Psychology over 40% of adults will try to change their behavior at some point this year and 92% will fail to keep their commitment?

And did you know that limiting beliefs are the major cause of this failure to make lasting changes?

Imagine if there were a way to get rid of the beliefs that prevent you from changing your behavior. You'd be able to confidently take action on your goals, overcome the fear that holds you back and beat the procrastination bug for good.

Well you don't have to imagine, we've created it.
It's a video that guides you through a process for eliminating a belief that takes 30 minutes.

Not convinced?
Most people aren't. Raymond Aaron was one of them. When Morty (my husband) tried guiding him through the process he thought it wouldn't work.

Here's what he said about his time with Morty.

I had a real problem in my life, and it was in the area of relationships. It was a failed relationship that I was carrying around, obsessing over, and it was depriving me of the ability to form a new relationship.

I spent an hour with him [Morty]. Actually, let me tell you about that hour. The first 15 minutes, I was absolutely sure it was going to fail, and I was creating and rehearsing a little speech I was going to give him at the end of the hour, saying, “Excuse me, this doesn’t work.”

But after 40 minutes, I said to him, “Morty, I don’t need the full hour. I got it. She moved out of my mind. I’m a free man. I can’t believe it. I’ve been carrying her around for three years, and she’s gone. I feel so blessed.”

As soon as I hung up the phone, I called several of my family members.

My stepdaughter said, “I’ve never, ever, ever, ever, ever spoken in public—not in school, not in any organization I’ve been in—ever, ever, ever.”

And I said to her, “You call this phone number, no matter what.” She called that number, and after, I think, three one-hour sessions, she stood up and gave the first speech she ever gave in her life.

Morty creates miracles. I don’t know how he does it. Actually, it’s not Morty himself—it’s the Lefkoe Principle, the Lefkoe Procedure. It works. It actually takes you through, identifies a belief that you have that is holding you back, and eliminates it.

It may sound impossible, but I was the number one skeptic—and it works. It really works, and it’s a blessing. Thank you.

Raymond is not alone.

Independent researchers at the University of Arizona published a study of the Lefkoe Method in the journal Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. They found that the beliefs that caused fear of public speaking went away after participants used the Lefkoe Method. On average fear of public speaking was reduced to 1.5 on a 10-point scale in which 1 is no fear. So most participants had almost nonexistent fear by the end of the study. Results may vary.
